Who is Devon BLACCMON?
Hailing from Rialto, California, Blackmon enjoyed a celebrated high school career. Rated a 4-star recruit, Blackmon was considered the #23 best player in the country and the #2 best WR by ESPN.com. He played in the 2011 Under Armour All-America game, producing one of the games top highlights with a 58-yard touchdown reception. He committed to play college ball at the University of Oregon who, at the time, was competing for a national championship. But the highly touted talent on top of the world would soon meet the bottom. Redshirting Freshman Year, Blackmon never quite found his stride as a Duck. He struggled with the playbook, confining within the system, speaking out, politics, and most of all his love for the game. Being a Super Star in high school to riding the bench blackmon developed a complex that he wasn't good enough and eventually he became depressed. During his Redshirtszn Blackmon needed another outlet to express his frustrations so he picked up a pen and started to write. Here he would fine peace. Eventually Blackmon would regain confidence and self worth and transfer. During All this Devon found His passion in music, well I guess you have listen to his music to find out the Rest. ;)
